Our story

Womente LLC was established in 2023 by two founders, Merilin Lupp and Maria Marenkova, with the aim of providing professional career coaching and mentoring services to both companies and individuals.

Both of our founders have a background in IT and technology, having led teams in recognized companies such as Telia, SEB Bank, and Ericsson. Working with teams has given us extensive practical experience in supporting individuals starting out in IT positions and advising those looking to advance in their careers.

Our brand name, Womente, is a combination of the words "women" (English) and "mente" (Latin), meaning women and mind. Through our activities, we aim to particularly inspire women to enter the IT and technology fields, although we offer our services to everyone regardless of gender.

Maria Marenkova

10+ years in the IT sector, where I have grown from a specialist to a manager. I have worked as a team leader at Telia Company and SEB Bank.
Graduated with a Master's degree in Business Information Technology (TalTech, 2013)
AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching, 60 HR (2023).

Merilin Lupp

My journey in the tech field began as a technical support specialist. From there, I transitioned to working on network development processes and eventually moved into the IT field.
For the last 10 years, I have managed various teams at Telia and Ericsson.
Educational background: MSc in Telecommunications Engineering (TalTech, 2011) and MBA in International Business Administration (EBS, 2021).
Passed foundations of coaching at EBS (2019) and Career Counseling development program at Fontes (2022).
